2. Special Disclosures for 2026

• Precise Geolocation: We may process precise geolocation data to verify service eligibility within specific California utility territories and to provide accurate regional energy quotes. This data is only processed with your affirmative “opt-in” consent at the point of collection.
• No Automated Opt-Out (GPC): Please be advised that our website and systems do not currently recognize or honor automated browser-based “Global Privacy Control” (GPC) or other “Universal Opt-Out” signals.
